Risk Disclosures
Crypto assets — and memecoins in particular — are extremely risky. You can lose everything you put in. Read these disclosures before launching, buying or claiming anything through TIPFLOW.

01Risk of total loss
Tokens launched through TIPFLOW are speculative and usually have no intrinsic value, utility or backing. Prices can move 90% or more within minutes, liquidity can disappear, and most memecoins go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
02No investment advice
Nothing on usetipflow.fun — including token pages, market caps, charts, earnings, leaderboards, featured tokens and posts on our X account — is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Do your own research.
03Recipients are not issuers or endorsers
Anyone can launch a token that names any X account, GitHub account, wallet or charity as a fee recipient. Being named does not mean that person or organisation created, promotes, endorses or is affiliated with the token.
Only a recipient's own confirmation, shown as the Endorsed badge, means they chose to support the token — and even an endorsement is not a guarantee of anything. Tokens may use names, images or themes of real people or brands without their permission.
04Permanent fee routing
Launching or registering a token permanently directs all of its creator fees to the TIPFLOW treasury, where 80% is split between recipients and 20% goes to the protocol. This cannot be reversed or changed later, including the recipient split.
05Custody of collected fees
Between being collected from the token's creator vault and being withdrawn by a recipient, fees are held in wallets controlled by the TIPFLOW protocol. Although we separate treasury and payout wallets, cap daily payouts and monitor balances, these funds are exposed to operational and security risks, including key compromise, software bugs and human error. Withdraw regularly or enable automatic payouts if you do not want to keep a balance.
06$TIPFLOW buyback & burn
The buyback is an automated mechanism that spends the protocol's share of fees on $TIPFLOW and burns what it buys. It depends on fee volume, liquidity and third-party swap routes, may be paused, and is not a promise of price support, value or returns. Until $TIPFLOW exists, the bucket simply accumulates.
07Estimates and data
USD values, market caps, charts and earnings figures come from on-chain data and third-party feeds and may be delayed, approximate or wrong. SOL amounts shown in USD are converted at a current price, not the price at the time of the transaction.
08Technology and third-party risk
TIPFLOW relies on the Solana network, pump.fun, PumpSwap, Jupiter, Robinhood Chain, Pons, X, GitHub, IPFS and RPC providers. Congestion, outages, program upgrades, API changes, account suspensions or exploits at any of them can delay or prevent launches, fee collection, claims and withdrawals, or change how the Interface works.
09Pons tokens (Robinhood Chain)
Tokens poured on Pons live on Robinhood Chain, a separate EVM network, and their tips are paid in ETH, not SOL. Unlike pump.fun, Pons lets its team redirect a token's creator fees to another address after a public notice period. If that happens, fees stop reaching TIPFLOW and the token can no longer pay its recipients; TIPFLOW cannot reverse it. Robinhood Chain, its bridges and its wallets carry their own technical risks.
10Irreversible transactions and scams
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. Double-check addresses and what you sign. We will never DM you first, ask for your seed phrase or ask you to send funds to “unlock” a balance. Beware of fake sites and impersonators; the only official links are on usetipflow.fun and @tipflow.
11Regulatory and tax risk
The legal treatment of crypto assets, memecoins and fee income varies by country and is changing. New rules may restrict or end the Interface in some regions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and for reporting and paying any taxes on amounts you receive.
12More information
How fees are collected, split and paid is explained in the documentation. Use of the Interface is subject to the Terms of Use.
